Gilbank Drive: Driveway and boulevard restoration works are ongoing.

McLeod Drive: Road excavation is complete. Curb preparation and curb pouring are underway.

*PLEASE NOTE: VEHICLE ACCESS TO HOMES WILL BE IMPACTED DURING CURB POURING. THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM 24-HOUR PERIOD WITH NO VEHICLE ACCESS*

Lacey Court: Curb removal is complete. Curb pouring is scheduled to begin October 1st.

Marksbury Court: Guard rail installation is complete, with clean-up to follow. Driveway restorations are ongoing, and streetlight work is in progress.

McLeod Drive: Road excavation is ongoing through the rest of the week. Curb preparation is scheduled to begin on September 26 or September 29. During excavation, some driveways may be temporarily inaccessible; however, access will be restored by the end of each working day.

Lacey Court: Curb removal is complete. Curb preparation is scheduled to begin on September 26 or September 29.

Marksbury Court: Guard rail replacement is complete, with site clean-up to follow. Driveway restorations are scheduled to begin this week.

Gilbank Drive: Paving was completed on Friday. Driveway restorations are scheduled to begin this week (weather permitting).

McLeod Drive & Lacey Court: Road excavation continues on McLeod, and curb removal is underway on Lacey. Short-term driveway access interruptions may occur during excavation; however, access will be restored by the end of each working day.

Marksbury Court: Guard rail replacement has begun, and paving was completed on Friday. Sanitary sewer lining is ongoing, with driveway restorations scheduled to begin this week.

Gilbank Drive: Road fine grading is now complete. Paving is scheduled for September 19th, with driveway restorations to follow next week.

McLeod Drive & Lacey Court: Road excavation is underway on McLeod. Curb removal on Lacey is expected to begin on September 19 or September 22. Temporary driveway access interruptions may occur during excavation; however, access will be restored by the end of each working day.

Marksbury Court: Guard rail replacement remains postponed. Paving is scheduled for September 19, and sanitary sewer lining activities are ongoing.

Hello everyone,

Gilbank Drive: Sidewalk removals and replacements are now complete. Asphalt removal and road grading have also been completed. Fine grading and placement of the first layer of asphalt are scheduled in the coming weeks.

McLeod Drive & Lacey Court: Final watermain connections are complete, and all homes have been transitioned back to the permanent watermain. The temporary watermain has been fully removed. Asphalt removal is complete, and road excavation is scheduled to begin today (September 15). Please expect delays during this work. Some driveways may be temporarily inaccessible at times throughout the day as excavation progresses.

Marksbury Court: Sidewalk removal and replacement are complete. Guard rail replacement remains postponed. Asphalt removal and storm sewer lining are both now complete.
