Project Update - September 10th

Gilbank Drive: Sidewalk removals and replacements are ongoing, along with asphalt removal and road grading. Temporary impacts to driveway access may occur during removals in front of driveways.

McLeod Drive & Lacey Court: Final watermain connections are now complete, and all homes have been transitioned back to the permanent watermain. The temporary watermain has been removed. Asphalt grinding will begin today (September 10), with road excavation scheduled to start on September 15.

Marksbury Court: Sidewalk removal and replacement is scheduled to begin this week. Guard rail replacement remains postponed. Asphalt grinding will take place today (September 10). Storm sewer lining is underway—please expect temporary delays in vehicle access.
