Yonge Street South Regional Corridor Land Use Study

The Town of Aurora is taking a fresh look at the Yonge Street Regional Corridor as part of a new land use study within the Yonge Street South Secondary Plan area. This study is focused on updating Town policies to better reflect the character and needs of the area. It will help guide future development by looking at things like building size, design, and density along the Yonge Street South corridor, and will inform a future Official Plan Amendment.
