The Plan states that the Province is mandating that Aurora builds 8,000 new homes within 5 years with 20-30% being "affordable" homes costing $500,000 which is well below the average market value of a home in Aurora. How does a builder achieve this goal without building a Condominium? Otherwise, what does a $500K home look like and is it profitable to build? Thank you
