Zoning By-Law Review

About the project:

The Zoning By-law Review is a collaborative and coordinated process which will result in updates to the Town Zoning By-law to reflect contemporary development standards, ensure alignment with the newly approved Official Plan, and guide the future growth and development of the Town.

To lead this effort, the Town has engaged NPG Planning Solutions Inc. (NPG), who will review and analyze the existing Zoning By-law, determine what updates are required to ensure the Town’s zoning by-law reflects the most up-to-date zoning practices, and conduct a variety of consultation activities throughout this project.
