Sanitary Sewer and Roadway Rehabilitation

The Town is planning rehabilitation work on sanitary sewer infrastructure along Glass Drive, Patrick Drive and Webster Drive. As part of this project, roadway rehabilitation will also be completed once underground infrastructure improvements are finished.

The project is expected to include:
• Replacement and/or lining of sections of sanitary sewer infrastructure
• Replacement and/or repair of sanitary service connections
• Replacement of damaged curbs and sidewalk sections
• Road milling and asphalt resurfacing
• Restoration of any disturbed boulevard areas

The Town has retained Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd. to complete the design for this rehabilitation work.

Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring/Summer 2027
