Construction Update

Work at Yonge and Wellington continues to progress.

• The concrete sidewalk and curb replacement work is now complete at the south-east, south-west and north-east corners.
• Removals and excavation work is now being carried out at the north-west corner for the right turn lane construction. The right turn lane construction is expected to continue for the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Note: During the construction of the right turn lane over these next few weeks, it is anticipated that there will be times when pedestrian access will be restricted at the north-west corner. Pedestrians are advised to navigate around the intersection using the other three corners during those time.
