Thank you to everyone who participated in the Town of Aurora's Resident Satisfaction Survey. We are happy to share that the survey results are now available.

The results are overwhelmingly positive and reveal levels of satisfaction with individual services and top-of-mind issues for residents. The results can help Council and staff improve service delivery and address the key issues that matter to Aurorans.


The individual services with the top levels of satisfaction included fire services, parks, green spaces and multiple-use trails, and arts and culture offerings. The services with the lowest levels of satisfaction were traffic management, and road and

The results are overwhelmingly positive and reveal levels of satisfaction with individual services and top-of-mind issues for residents. The results can help Council and staff improve service delivery and address the key issues that matter to Aurorans.


The individual services with the top levels of satisfaction included fire services, parks, green spaces and multiple-use trails, and arts and culture offerings. The services with the lowest levels of satisfaction were traffic management, and road and sidewalk maintenance, including snow removal. However, even for the services that ranked the lowest, the majority of residents still expressed that they were either “very satisfied” or “somewhat satisfied” with them.

The 2022/2023 Resident Satisfaction Survey was the first broad, comprehensive satisfaction survey that the Town has conducted in more than 10 years, and the results will serve as a baseline to track progress in future surveys.

    The results of the Resident Satisfaction Survey have been released and show that the vast majority of residents are satisfied with Town services and feel that they have a very high quality of life in Aurora. The results also reveal levels of satisfaction with individual services and top-of-mind issues for residents. This will help Council and staff improve service delivery and address the key issues that matter to Aurorans.
