Paving Final Lift of Asphalt - Week of August 5th

The Contractor for Poplar Crescent Reconstruction will be carrying out works in preparation for paving the final lift of asphalt starting Tuesday August 5^th. The final lift of asphalt is scheduled to be paved by Friday, August 8^th, weather permitting.

The preparation work includes removing the temporary asphalt ramping along the Poplar Crescent curbs and around the maintenance hole lids, as well as milling sections of Henderson Drive at the two (2) Poplar Crescent and Henderson Drive intersections which are also being repaved.

Please note that no on-street parking will be permitted on Poplar Crescent from August 5^th to August 8^th, due to the milling and paving work.

In addition, please note that vehicle access to and from driveways and private road entrances will be temporarily interrupted during paving operations as the work approaches and proceeds past each driveway/entrance. We also encourage residents to limit vehicle traffic in and out of Poplar Crescent while the paving work is occurring.
