Budget Kick-Off Meeting
The Treasurer will kick off the Budget Committee’s review of the Town’s proposed 2022 budget including the proposed re-affirmation of the operating budget for 2022 and the 10- year capital plan. Budget material will be distributed to Council members for their review at this meeting.
Time: 7:00pm to 10:30pm

Operating Budget Review
The Treasurer will kick off the Budget Committee’s review of the Town’s proposed 2022 operating budget. This review will focus on the changes to the approved multi-year budget. The review will include the corporate-wide impacts along with a review of the budget changes by department.

Operating Budget Review
The Budget Committee will continue its review of the proposed 2022 operating budget. Central York Fire Services, Aurora Public Library, Aurora Historical Society Board, Aurora Sports Hall of Fame and the Aurora Business Improvement Area (BIA) will reaffirm their funding requirements and provide update presentations to the Committee.

Capital Budget Review
The Town’s operating budget review will conclude with a presentation by the Aurora Cultural Centre Board to the Budget Committee.
The Treasurer will then kick off the Budget Committee’s review of the Town’s proposed 2022 capital budget and 10-year plan.
The Budget Committee will then start its detailed review of the proposed budgets for repair & replacement, growth & new and studies & other capital projects.
